    Integration of renewable energy in markets: analysis of key European and American electricity markets

    ABSTRACT: Electricity markets are systems for affecting the purchase and sale of energy. Most existing markets are built on well-established principles of competition and transparency. However, their designs are based on centralized power plants with a small participation of end-use customers. During the past years, the share of electricity produced by renewable sources increased significantly. This paper analyses the structure and operation of two European markets and two American markets. The analysis highlights that the design, rules and characteristics of most markets are still not completely adapted to power systems with high levels of variable renewable energy.     Pembelajaran keaksaraan melalui 3M berdasarkan konsep bahwa dengan mendengar maka peserta didik hanya sekedar tahu, apabila melihat maka akan ingat, dan apabila melakukan maka akan mengerti. Hasil yang dicapai dari 3M dalam pembelajaran keaksaraan  yaitu 1) peningkatan aktivitas peserta didik, 2) peningkatan kreativitas, 3) peserta didik mampu memanfaatkan IT dengan tepat, dan 4) peningkatan penghasilan peserta didik. Faktor yang mendukung 3M dalam pembelajaran keaksaraan  yaitu (1) peserta didik sangat antusias apabila menggunakan media, (2) tutor memiliki kompetensi dan kualifikasi yang memadai, (3) terdapat hubungan yang baik antara tutor, peserta didik, dan pengelola. Dengan adanya penelitian ini, proses pembelajaran keaksaraan bukan hanya sekedar teori dalam memahamkan calistung namun dapat membuat produk yang bernilai jual untuk menambah penghasilan

    This study aimed to determine the effect of work environment on job satisfaction of employees in Lancang Kuning Hospital Pekanbaru. Work environment as an independent variable (X) has been formulated by the company service employees, working condition, employee relationship with the company. While job satisfaction as the dependent variable (Y). study was conducted on all employees Pekanbaru Lancang Kuning Hospital by 51 people. Data obtained from the questionnaire and further processed and then tested using statistical analysis such as a simple linear regression analysis, test, and correlation analysis and determiniasi using SPSS17. The results showed that the test results of hypothesis testing. tcount 5,25 >ttable 2,010. This suggests that the working environment affect the level of job satisfaction.     Pengaruh Keahlian dan Kepatuhan Kode Etik terhadap Kualitas Audit

    This study aims to determine the effect of the expertise and code of ethics compliance to audit quality. This study was conducted in South Tangerang City Inspectorate. The independent variable in this study is the expertise and compliance with a code of ethics. The dependent variable is the quality of the audit.This research is a quantitative study with descriptive approach. The data used is primary data and secondary data. Respondents in this study were government officials in South Tangerang City Inspectorate. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling with 49 respondents. Methods of collecting data using a survey questionnaire distributed to respondents. Data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis with SPSS version 22. The results of this study show that first expertise has significant effect on audit quality, it is based on the calculation of the t test is sig. 0.021 t table (2,012). Second, the compliance code of conduct affects the quality of audits, it is based on the calculation of the t test is sig. 0.000 t table (2,012). Third, expertise and compliance with the code of conduct simultaneously affect the quality of audits, it is based on the calculation of F test value (121.020)> F table (3.20)

    Along with the increasing levels of education, science, medical technology and the rapid socio-economic conditions of the awareness of the importance of health in the community, resulting an improvements of the quality of health care, thus becoming a basic requirement, where health services are quality is expected by the public. One of the health service which is owned by the City of Semarang named Semarang Regional General Hospital. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of patient satisfaction with health care quality Semarang Regional General Hospital, then knowing how to improve satisfaction over the quality of health services in Semarang Regional General Hospital. The author using a technique quantitative data analysis using mean to find the average score the implementatiton level service performance and the average level of the interest of service. There are 23 indicators of quality of service that is used as material assesment of performance and the interests of the service. The average of service performance indicator is 2,72, so that an indicator that has the value of the average under the needs to be improved, while the average of interest indicator is 3,54 so that an indicator that has the value of the average above that the need attentionfor its performance. Based on the results of this study that there are still some indicators of quality of service which should be a priority in the repair, because it is still bad and comfort are important, that the waiting room or ward patients, completeness of medical equipment and patient care space, the ability of personnel to provide services in accordance with the procedures and information provided, courtesy and friendliness of clerk, the trust of patient to the hospital personel, risk-free and danger, fairness in providing services

    Penelitian ini berupaya mengungkapkan Pemberian Punishment yang dilaksanakan Guru di SD Negeri 4 Banda Aceh. Guru melakukan pemberian Punishment kepada siswa yang melakukan pelanggaran dan Punishment yang diberikan sesuai dengan pelanggaran. Secara khusus penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pemberian punishment yang dilaksanakan guru di SD Negeri 4 Banda Aceh. Tujuan diberikan Punishment kepada siswa bukan untuk menghukum kekerasan atau balas dendam tetapi agar siswa berubah menjadi lebih baik lagi dan tidak melakukan kesalahan lagi. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik observasi dan wawancara. Teknik observasi (pengamatan) yang diterapkan untuk mengamati secara langsung pemberian punishment yang dilaksanakan guru di SD Negeri 4 Banda Aceh. Selain itu didukung dengan teknik wawancara, teknik wawancara adalah dengan mewawancarai 7 orang guru kelas. Selanjutnya seluruh datadiolah dengan tahapan anlisis data kualitatif yaitu mereduksi data, penyajian data, dan menarik kesimpulan. Dari segi Pemberian Punishment yang dilaksanakan Guru di SD Negeri 4 Banda Aceh terungkap bahwa (1) Masih ditemukan guru belum memberikan punishment kepada siswa yang melakukan pelanggaran-pelanggaran. (2) Guru memberikan Punishment sesuai dengan kesalahan yang dilakukan oleh siswa. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah Guru di SD Negeri 4 Banda Aceh tidak akan memberikan hukuman kepada siswa yang tidak bersalah tetapi guru memberikan hukuman bagi yang melakukan kesalahan dan hukumannya itu sesuai dengan kesalahan apa yang dilakukan oleh siswa. Adapun jenis-jenis Punishment yang diberikan adalah (a) Di panggil ke ruang Kepala Sekolah untuk diberikan nasehat (b) memberikan anak tugas bersih-bersih, (c) menyuruh anak meminta maaf kepada orang yang bersangkutan, (c) menyuruh anak mengerjakan tugas, (d) menyuruh anak berjanji untuk tidak mengulangi kesalahannya, (e) menyuruh anak menulis, (f) tidak menghiraukan siswa ketika siswa melakukan kesalahan. Pemberian hukuman (punishment) bertujuan untuk memotivasi anak agar memperbaiki kesalahan yang telah dilakukannya, dengan adanya hukuman, anak diharapkan mampu merenungkan kesalahannya. Alasan mengapa hukuman itu harus diberikan pada anak yang melanggar tata tertib atau aturan, diantaranya: (a) Agar anak tidak mengulangi kejadian yang sama, (b) Agar anak dapat mengambil pelajaran dan hikmah dari hukuman, (c) Agar anak konsisten dengan suatu perjanjia

    The increasing of intradialitic weight due to non-adherence to fluid intake of patients who undergoing hemodialysis is resulting in chronic buildup of fluid and risks for cardiovascular disorders and hypertension, as well as increased mortality and morbidity rate in patients with chronic renal failure. Social support is one of factors that support patient compliance in the therapy. This research design was mixed methods with sequential explanatory. Population in this study were all patients with chronic renal failure who underwent hemodialysis in Rumah Sakit Umum Tangerang. Quantitative sample were selected by using total sampling technique of 76 patients, and the number of qualitative samples taken by using purposive sampling technique of 6 patients. Data were collected with Chronic Kidney Disease Self-Efficacy Instrument and Multidimentional Scale Perceived Social Support, as well as interviews. Quantitative data analized with pearson correlation, but qualitative data analized by using Miles and Huberman model analysis techniques. Pearson correlation showed that there was a relationship between efficacy and social support with fluid restriction compliance (r = 0.476 p = 0.001) and (r = 0.308 p = 0.007). Based on the results of in-depth interviews found that the suffer from thirst cause patients to be non-compliance of fluid intake program restriction. It is expected that the hospital provides a special room to the patient\u27s family, and the nurse gives high motivation to the patient while undergoing the therapy regimen
